MTV 286

Seven piece classically inspired indie rock band the 286 have been nominated for MTV’s Brand New award.

Now in its sixth year, the viewer led search for the best band in new music  has identified international stars such as Lady Ga Ga, Tiny Tempah and Jessie J.

The former home of Eddy Temple Morris and Zane Lowe host the competition with a panel of judges who whittle down the entries with the shortlist decided by MTV viewers.
